I have significant science and technology successes in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Mining and Renewable Energy sectors. I have supported chemical operations and worked with technology licenses across the Polyethylene Production processes (ExxonMobil, SABIC, INEOS).

Polymer Process, Product optimisation and development, Regulatory, Customer service skills are part of my technical skill sets. Short – long term strategy development, business analysis, demonstrated profit and loss experience make up my financial acumen.

I have led interdisciplinary science and analytical teams and multi-disciplinary Board teams. My leadership styles are situational with a strong emphasis on empathy, transparency and accountability.

Significant expatriate exposure to chemical operations, licensor and stakeholder engagement across geographies and diverse cultures in Middle East: Iran, United Arab Emirates, Far East: Malaysia and onsite in several European countries: France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England and United States.

Passionate about developing young minds. As an active Mentor to Sasol, Directors Association and Rotary, I support mentorship programs with my coaching skills. I am a committed Rotarian dedicated to community development in Sub-Saharan Africa and hold a fair number of public speaking engagements.

I am a certified Non-Executive Director, Board Chair and Professional Director with the Directors Association. My certification illustrates my ongoing commitment to maintain the highest standards of Directorship. As a certified Board Director, I can work in both public and private sector companies, in both fiduciary and Advisory Board roles. My strengths lie in providing sound governance and strategic over sight to Executive Boards and Committees. My aim is to create value for stakeholders and shareholders and empowering management teams to deliver exponential and exception growth.
